I am a type 1 & on a pump.
Please can anyone advise, feeling like I have put on a bit of weight recently & has hit stomach area, feel like i've got a bit of a belly going on.
Am pretty active, walk my dogs each day & mission on when i'm walking, also got back into cycling ( trying to)
Food wise I tend to have porridge or eggs & bacon(cut fat off) for breakfast, bananas, more eggs, meat, cheese, grapes, ryvita, activia yoghurts. I did go through a stage of drinknig creamy coffees, camp coffe or just normal, with either evaporated milk or light double cream 9know its a fault but really tastes good) have pretty much stopped that now, may have a mocha when we're out but mostly drink lots of water
Please can anyone give some advice on how to trim/tone up a bit (or lose fat) & would you say what I eat is ok?
