Totally. I thought it was from depression or thyroid issues but, being diagnosed preT2 last week, realise it's prob cos my poor ole bod hasn't enough energy. Now what? Research specs on....sending support!
Suffered all that post DX...and looking back had been for a while
Went LCHF
And the change reinvigorated me over time
Began walking, then a little gentle jogging
A usual bite before work was Greek yoghurt & blueberries
One morning, running late GY & BB.
I set off for train station..hoping to catch 6.33.
Broke into small jog, that lasted to the station almost
Actually caught the earlier 6.25...
Quite chuffed. hadn't run anywhere in a decade, and this was at almost 60.
It inspired me.
Tried C25K, and joined local gym, mainly for the running machines, but obv tried the weights, Nordic skiers, stepping machines, bikes & surprisingly my 2nd fav, the rowing machine.
I was reasonably older then most, but by no means the only oldie and certainly not the oldest...chap I'd say 70+ gave a good account of himself on most machines
Life in this ol' dog yet.
And sure there's maybe plenty left in you, if you felt able to start changing your diet/fuel input
