Just an update.
Day 24. Low carbs high protein and fat.
Lost 9lbs due to cutting out carbs and running a little more and gym. 188lbs now. At 5"10.
Blood sugaf after meals is roughly 109-121.
Waking blood sugaf now 100.101. 103last three days. However spike this am 131 but gad tetanus inj yesterday not sure if it affected me but im sore as hell.
Thanks to you guys for continued support and advice. Pleased i took no meds from doc and decided to address my eating habits. Way to go but still focused.
