According to the nutrition info on the packet this has 33.2g carbohydrate per 100g and 42.6g dietary fibre. I am a bit confused about if this would count as high carb. I don't eat anything that has more than 5g carbs per 100g but I have read that you can subtract the fibre from the total carb content to give net carbs (a negative number in this case).
I used to eat it with peanut butter or low fat Philadelphia. I'd put the spread on and take it to work in a lock and lock box, by 11am it was no longer crisp but I used to enjoy it (and fibre would be good).
Any ideas about the carb content?

Look at the carbs per slice. If you're in the UK, it's the Total Carbs you need to look at as fibre has already been deducted. In the US they have a different system.

HI
If you are looking at UK measures then the fibre is already subtracted form the carbohydrate count so these realy do have 33g pf carb per 100g.
In the US they would be 75.8 g of carb per 100g and then you could subtract the fibre.
I checked on the Holland and Barrett website and the net carbs for these are 33.2g per 100g so not very suitable for a low carb diet.

That's the trouble with crispbread, why don't you keep the Philadelphia Cheese separate and wait until your break before spreading it?

At 2.9g of carbs each they are low in carbs.

Thanks Noble head, I actually preferred them after they'd softened up. I am a strange creature ha ha. I might have some later, I am struggling to find things I actually want to eat at the moment.
