Hi all iv been taking glicazide for about 3 months and iv put in weight, I was told that this could happen and this would be reviewed after my bloods, bloods have now come back and I can't get an appointment with the nurse for up to 2 months!!!! Iv made a complaint to the practice manager who said they will look into this and get back to me as iv also had terrible care since diagnosis 12 months ago, iv also contacted a drop in at the hospital who can't help me as I'm not under their care! What am I supposed to do at all, iv stuck 100% to as low carbs as I can around 1500/1600 cals a day drank plenty and walking more and im putting weight in it's a pound or half a pound here and there but it's still going on, my head is telling me to stop taking them until I can be reviewed but my heart is telling me I'm taking them for the greater good, what can I do I don't no what to do unless someone at the GP can help me!!!! Aaarrrhhh!!
