Hi jaxx.
I am on highest dose of metformin sr & I am on 80 mgs x 4 a day 2 morning,2 night my sugars all over place.
Then had to cortisone injections 1 in each shoulder was told sugars could play up more.

That's no good, that and your foot problems must be getting to you
As you may have noticed a lot of us here are cutting down on carbs and eating a lchf diet. Have you tried something like this?
 
What is an lcfh diet not heard of it.
Yes am really getting fed up big style with toes,want to be doing things but bed rest all the time, feet raised this time we were supposed to go to brother in laws this weekend had to cancel. Do not get me wrong they are taking good care of me but really,really fed up now. Moan over.lol
