Hi all - hope everyone is safe and well. Haven't posted for a few years as nothing much to contribute. My eternally nice diabetes doctor is coaxing me into adding Gliflozin (STLT2 inhibitor) to my little cocktail of drugs. My instinct is always to avoid anything new if I have a basic equilibrium, but this is good for my heart condition as well as everything else (and I hear that although it has passed all the tests it is not yet being generally recommended partly due to cost). I know there is a risk of ketones. Does anyone have good or bad experiences of using gliflozin that they would care to share? Thanks in advance

Gliflozin ia a funny pill
Forum response precisely nill.
Inhibits STSL2,
Perhaps it's really good for you.
Or then again perhaps it's not.
A small dilemma I have got.
A guinea pig is what I'll be,
And see if this is right for me.
I'll let you know if I'm still there.
If you don't hear again -- beware!

If I have to go out ..I have to plan hourly ✻toilet stops✻ ..which is a complicating factor given the current lockdown.
