Dear all,
A few years ago I posted on "The Cure" for type two diabetes. While we did get a few headline cures most people did not get better. Many people enjoyed dramatic weight loss though.
By way of appology to those who did not cure I resolved to find out why and I have done so. Not only that I have produced a very promising model of type two diabetes which I believe solves the so called "central problem of diabetes". The following link leads you to a couple of files: The first is a powerpoint slideshow which you should SAVE rather than OPEN before running. For a reason as yet unknown powerpoint seems unable to produce a stand alone slideshow - advice here would be welcome. The second "Word" post is closely based on a letter to a diabetic nurse which explains how the modified electron transport chain leads to four different sub-types of diabetes and which of the sub-types are cureable.

For future reference there is a new treatment out called "Pancreate". This should work for genetic types who are not cureable via "The Cure". I'm not sure when it will be available.
The slideshow is under development and more graphs etc. are planned.
Hope this helps.
