My name is Hanan and I'm the father of Yarden a 5.5 that was diagnosed at the age of 1.5 for type 1 diabetes.
I've launched GlucoApp. A mobile application for diabetics that is designed to diminish or inhibit endangering extreme blood glucose levels.
The application was created for my son and it improved his and our lives and I hope it will do so for others around the world.
The application is free and will stay that way forever.
At this point of time only Windows Phone 8 devices are supported
