Hello all. I’m trying to connect the glucomen aero 2K to the app on my phone but they’re not connecting. Am I doing something wrong? Should I have an adapter or if the Bluetooth built in? Thank you all xx

What phone are you using?

Go to your smartphone settings and look under Connections (or something similar) for NFC ( near field communications) and make sure this is turned on.
 
Are you using an iPhone? I tried and it just didn't work for me, I ended up changing meter.
