Hi there every time i turn on my meter i get the code E-1 , anyone know now to fix this.. tried to ring there c/care but could not get threw???

According to the manual, it is a system hardware error

I use this meter. I've found that they are a bit cheeky with the customer services number. They seem to answer the paid line but not the 0800 freephone number.

Never had an E1 code though.

I'm on the same meter, but have never had an E1 code. Could you get a replacement meter, as yours sounds as though it's faulty?

hi guy thanks for your replies, left a message with them last night, got a phone call first thing this morinig and had a replacement within an hour free of charge
