I do - my NHS supplied glucometer is a GlucoRx Nexus Mini and I don't mind it at all. I alternate between that and the SD Codefree (use the codefree when I'm out of Nexus strips as I only get 25 per month on prescription).
I get very similar results on both meters, and found that they run about 5%- 10% higher than my accucheck. However, I can live with that because I can't afford to pay £25 a pop for the accucheck strip boxes!
I have to say that GlucoRx are really quick at sending out accessories etc. I ordered a spare battery and a new lancer, and they arrived within 2 days.
