As to your question, probably best answered by a T2, but I personally wouldn't worry too much over a one off reading, though it may be an indication that the carbs in that light meal were too many for your body to cope with.
What did you eat?
Also, blood sugars can be affected by lots of things other than food, notably certain medications (eg steroids) and illness.
Also, be aware that glucometers are not 100% accurate, they are required to have +-15% accuracy, and also it's easy to get a higher reading if you have contaminants on your hands.
Finally, when you say you haven't seen anyone since the covid lockdown have you at least had a blood test of some sort? That seems a long time to go without a check up to me...
