Welcome to the forum @Ginge62 . We cannot advise on medications on the forum, but what I would strongly advise you to do is make an appointment with your Dr. Sugar in your urine may indicate you have high blood sugars. You may also be at risk of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) which is a medical emergency. Ketones in your urine is something to watch out for. If you start getting the following symptoms :
Excessive thirst, frequent urination , nausea and vomiting , fruity breath and shortness of breath then take yourself off to hospital. I would advise you to see your Dr.
Do you follow a low carb diet or had you fasted before you tested?
If so, this could be the cause of your ketones.
But if you have eaten and don't eat low carb, I would treat this as a medical emergency until proven otherwise, you shouldn't have ketones in this case.
If you're still seeing ketones and glucose I'd want to see a medical professional today, not tomorrow because of the risk of DKA.
Any of the symptoms @Melgar mentioned is a definite reason to suspect an emergency which cannot wait until tomorrow.
