Looking for a glucose diary in book form ,just dont get round to logging results into an app, the best one to date is the rosche one but even so not room to add carbs activities etc. Anyone found a great one ?
 
Best way to log your BGL old-skool is just a normal diary. You can add any notes you like without being restricted to wee boxes.

I never bother keeping paper logs though, it's probably more of a burden than having diabetes itself. Especially when you forget to update them for a while and have to churn out weeks worth of entries before a diabetic review...

Try the Dario smartphone app. It's free and even without the Dario smart meter you can manually input BGL values and carb intake, activity levels, etc.
