Now that Abbott Labs are no longer issuing free glucose diaries, can anyone please let me know from where I might be able to get them. Thanks
 
Most off the well knwn bgl monitors either come with an app / softwsre where you can print off a log book, Abbott, Accuchek, Contour to name some.

Plenty of templates online that can be found in a quick search.
