Glucose Goddess and Type 1 Tom

Has anyone out there with Type 1 read the Glucose Goddess, and adapted any of the recipes etc? How did you get on? I haven't bought the book and am interested to know if the recipes give the carb count per portion etc? Plus has anyone been on Type 1 Tom course? I came across him on social media where the general consensus is that his course is worth doing, even if rather expensive. Anyone been on it?

Hi, it's Tom Allison's Type 1 Movement. You'll find him on Facebook. His podcasts make interesting listening, and he gives good, experience based advice. I don't know how much his course costs, though.
