I was given my blood test results today and I am in the ´normal´ range. 
I was taken off Metaformin over a year ago as my results were good after losing weight (over 13kg now) I see the diabetic nurse on Thursday- I collected the result print out today so I am able to study them before seeing the nurse.
I am very happy as I have lost 2 close family members to diabetis and do not intend to follow them.
I intend to stay healthy- my only medication is an asprin.
My good/bad cholesterol and tryglicerides are all good too. I need a happy dance picture.
