I was recently diagnosed with glucose intolerance, and i,m still a bit confused i know its not type 2 diabetes, but
does this effect me much the same as type 2 diabetes ? and why do i need to stick to a diabetic diet? thankyou

If you aree glucose intolerant, it stands to reasson that not eating it will help. that's the basis of diabetic diet.[or used to be.] :(

Hi. I believe being glucose intolerant is the same thing as being pre-diabetic but perhaps someone will correct me if I'm wrong. It implies you are on the way to being diabetic but by having the right low-carb diet that diabetics need you may be able keep your blood sugar within range for years to come?
