Glucose meter

I have just done my numbers and the meter showed 7.5 and then straight away 5 and then again 8 why is meter doing this it was all in a couple of minutes. Would it just be better to cut carbs out all together.
 
Meters can give varying numbers one test after another sometimes. Did you wash your hands?
 
Yes washed my glands checked meter etc so don't know if ignores are right now it's the second meter as well I have getting
 
I would wait and see what the numbers are like over several meals or days and go from there.
