My name is Peter,and have type 2 diabetes,and new to the forum,and would like say hello to everyone.
 
Hi Peter. I'm new too but have already gleaned a wealth of knowledge. Your thread title says Glucose Monitor. Do you mean you want to purchase one or that you don't know if you need one?

My medical centre supplied me with the Agamatrix Wavesense Jazz monitor,and just wondering if anyone has ever used this type,and how reliable they find them,as have had conflicting reports.

hi iam new to , iam type 2 and confused about all this was told three weeks ago and still in shock about it, not getting any help from anywhere and need to understand why i have this and how to control it.
 
Hi Linda. I've only been a member here for a few days but I can tell you that my eyes have been opened in a positive way. I'm Type 2 that was confirmed nearly a week ago. My advice to you is to ask away and join in on the threads. You won't regret it and you'll benefit educationally from it. Best of luck to you. You've joined a community here that understands.
 
@Peteww - I've got an Agamatrix Wavesense Jazz monitor, it seems ok to me. Readings are a bit lower than my One Touch machine but if you've got nothing else to compare it with, it will be fine.
