Glucose monitors - all one unit, do they exist?

I used to use an Accucheck BG monitor which took a cassette of 50 test strips within the machine unit and clipped the fingerpricker to the side of the machine meaning it was very easy to carry around. My GP has told me that they can no longer get the test cassettes for this machine and have given me a new one (Fine Test Lite smart) which is frankly awful. I have tried loads of different meters over the years and can't quite believe that we are still basically using the same meters as 20 years ago (albeit with a bit more Bluetooth etc, and actually 20 years ago I used to have some that were quite small and easy to carry around) they all seem to be huge clunky things! So are there any BG meters out there that don't require their own separate handbag to cart all the peripheral bits around with them?

I have the Freestyle Libre and love it, and would cheerfully never do another fingerprint test, but the DVLA insists I have to do 2 per day because I have an HGV licence.
 
I used to also use this monitor until mine died on me :( I now use the BetaChek C50, which does the exact same thing, Everything is combined into one compact meter and my GP had no issues with adding the strips and finger pricking stuff onto my repeats :)

I bought the Betachek C50 based on good reviews, including @Nicola M . Three days in, I have mixed feelings. It is compact and convenient, but the finger prick numbers are tiny and I've had too many error readings. As I am self funding, this means wasted test strips and it will be expensive to replace the cassette. Plus 2 low readings were clearly errors due to insufficient Blood.

But otherwise it showed my Libre 2 plus is generally very accurate and when it worked, it was great. Not to discourage @Indias13 but to caution. Go through the instructions carefully. Blood drop needs to be precise. The app is useful and a query was replied to promptly. It seems to be the only all-in-one, which is astonishing.
