glucose test in Germany

I'm a master student from Estonian Business School. I am doing a course paper about non-invasive methods for pre-diabetes diagnostics and I was wondering if you would help me in answering some questions, which answers I could not get from the internet.

1.How much costs blood test for diabetes in Germany? Where is it available?

2.2.How much the country invests for the cure and diagnose of diabetes

3.Is there already any possibility for non-invasive test and are they for the home use?

I really appreciate your help!
 
I'm not sure we have many german members.. This site is UK based and english speaking .. maybe you should look for a german based Diabetes site?
