Anyone help with some ideas for gluten-free diet, I can't seem to find much info on diabetics following a gluten-free diet and am a bit concerned about what I can have (without spending hours in the supermarket) Andy advice would be a big help. thanks.

Lots of the low carb sites have good ideas on gluten free. Most of the shop bread etc sends me high. Coconut flour and almond flour are good and high in fibre which pleases my DN. The genius seeded bread is edible and doesn't send me too high as a change for breakfast, I also make cookies to have as a snack - Google coconut or almond flour cookies for the different recipes. There are also the zero calorie noodles which are gluten free - have some in the cupboard to try with next stir fry. In some ways I find it easier - having tried the gluten free biscuits and cakes very few make me want them as a naughty treat!! Also look at illumi.com - cores gluten free meals which are great as a cupboard standby and they don't use lots of chemicals or sugar.

Hope that helps as a start
