Hi Everyone
Not been on here for a while but do look in sometimes to see if I am able to give any of my wisdom now and then. My question is James is wanting to go for an Indian meal with his mates as a few of them are having a combined 17th birthday meal. Rather than be left out and if the Indian restaurant cannot accommodate him (which I worry if they say they can!!!!) does anyone know of a supermarket that does a ready made type of indian meal that I could possibly give to them to heat up for him so that he can go along and not be left out.
Alternatively a quick and easy gluten free recipe for a curry that maybe someone on here has done themselves and know it is good. I do make curry, tikka myself with Quorn at home but thought he would like to try something different. A shot in the dark I know. I have emailed the restaurant and am waiting a reply.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks
