Do anybody know the Glycemic Load for Tesco Scottish Porridge Oats 1kg 100g serving

If you go to glycemicindex.com,(the univ of sydney website) click on database and put spaghetti in you can see how the gi varies between brands and cooking times . Remember what you put with it also varies the gi.

Did have a wag here who was decrying the G.I. method suggesting that there are a lot of overweight Australians so it cannot be working. Reminded him that America isn't doing too bad either with obesity and there are gurus there who publish diets for people to follow. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
