I had the same type of weight loss in the first 3/4 weeks then settled down to an average of 2lbs a week which is fine by me as having soooooo much weight to loose I would rather do it slowly rather than set myself up to fail due to an unsustainable diet.
With luck, if you do the same as I have, you will be at your target weight early next year. :thumbup:
When I get to my target weight my husband has promised me an engagement ring to replace the one I lost 41 years ago. I don't think he realises that ...1) I will get there and .... 2) I intend to get a diamond solitaire, ...a very big diamond solitaire.
