First installment, Christmas Eve buffet was very well received, fed four but could of fed ten. So over calculated portions sizes and misjudged appetites, but it means there's plenty for tomorrow evening if they come back early from my daughters father's, so wont have to cook again for them tomorrow. Which suits me just fine. Haven't had a long day cooking in ages usually only me to cater for so its quick simple meals and often the same meal for 2-3 days in a row. So its been a novelty. But a good one.
