After I first started on low carb with extra fat my triglycerides improved but overall cholesterol plus LDL and HDL went up a little. Now my total cholesterol is 4.4 and every ratio is good.
I have butter, olive oil, double cream, some cheese, eggs, salmon, and also eat the skin on roasted chicken. And full fat Greek yogurt plus full fat milk in small amounts
