Good cholesterol

After I first started on low carb with extra fat my triglycerides improved but overall cholesterol plus LDL and HDL went up a little. Now my total cholesterol is 4.4 and every ratio is good.
I have butter, olive oil, double cream, some cheese, eggs, salmon, and also eat the skin on roasted chicken. And full fat Greek yogurt plus full fat milk in small amounts

There was some research on rodents which showed a combination of processed fats and carbs caused the highest rise.
 
Thanks for your reply, that's some great information ☺️, I love how information and new studys have evolved over the years, ....we used to be told all the full fat foods are bad....when infact we NEED some , and all the new low fat spread "butters" are doing more harm in some cases.
