Morning all
Just returned from my latest diabetic review with the DN
She's really pleased as am I Hb1ac now at 41 which was more than a pleasant surprise considering the over indulgences of the Christmas season.

Everything else is good liver function, cholesterol etc

thanks i am really pleased
to be honest i was expecting a rise from my previous 46 reading as i had been pretty relaxed with my diet over the xmas period and to be honest i would have been happy with a result around the 50 mark.
so yes more than happy with a 41

Well done! It's a bit nail biting going for the diabetic review after Christmas. I don't over indulge but do have an occaional treat so it's good news when they say all ok. Well done again :)

Well done! I just had mine and came out at 51 down from 54 in October. With my last 7 day avg at around 6 I'm hopeful my next one will improve further.

What's your regime/secret?
