Good evening

Indeed, avoid 'low fat' anything, they are the enemy. Start reading labels on all your food, try and keep to carbohydrate content less than 5g per 100g whenever you can. Also skimmed milk, go for the full fat versions every time. We have all been brainwashed into associating eating fat with being or becoming fat - if only the words were different!

Keep asking questions, but it seems you have the will to do fine.

I am less than a month into this, and I have always regarded it as an opportunity not an insuperable problem. Take control and feel empowered!

I agree with all the posts so far. Do not touch low fat yoghurt or fruit yoghurt - loaded with sugR! Lost 1 stone 12 lbs and halved bs! In less than 3 months! What more can I say!

What is carb flu?
I am very inspired by you all and you have all been so very helpful and I appreciate that very much. I look forward to starting and letting you know how I get on. If that's ok. Xx
