Why not use technology Freestyle liber
To pump the insulin required for the body

Sensitivity known as high blood glucose can be used. To reverse the equation
Why not transplant another sensitive insulin pays for the body

The control process is from the reader itself
Just idea

The Libre uses the interstitial fluid as opposed to the blood, as does the proper CGM, so that hurdle would need to be jumped first....

I think there are some folk doing something similar with the addition of some other devices added in, but obviously, it can become expensive....

What matters to us here is to determine blood glucose regardless of the different ways
But it will be an electronic pancreas
Imagine me planting a capsule in the body carrying insulin controlled through a reader Freestyle liber

Yeah, thats what an insulin pump is, electronic......but obviously its sits on the outside of the body, allowing the insulin to be replenished...

How would the insulin delivery be determined if the Libre readings are delayed/not accurate?

The sensor sends a signal every fifteen minutes and this is almost enough
 
Have you taken a look at articles about the "Artificial Pancreas"?
I think this is what you are describing.
If you do a Google search, you will find plenty of articles and studies which have been done.
