Morning,
T1D since 1992, mostly self medicated since moving offshore in 94, but now finally with good(ish) medical assistance from health insurance scheme.
Wont bore you all but I live in Abu Dhabi, divorced, 58, working.
Ex military, quite fit.
On pump, Abbot Libre, which both help greatly.
Great tip...
Buy some slippers 4 sizes too big, so you dont have to take your big warm socks off to walk around.
