Good Morning

Good morning fellow humans. (And aliens, I know your here too)

Am feeling Mis this morning....FBG 17.3! and I weighed this morning and I haven't lost a b..... ounce!
 
Morning, peeps!
It's cold, grey and wet here in South Glos again this morning. Provence seems a very long way away now... :(
Oh well, we're stuck with it for now so we have to make the best of things, I suppose. The squirrels are coming back into the garden again now, after being away all summer, along with more songbirds, so that's good to see.
I have to collect Tiny Terrorist No 1 from school at lunchtime and she'll be here for the afternoon, so I think we'll bake some (low carb) cupcakes to cheer ourselves up!
I hope everyone has a good day, and I'm sending big special hugs to all the poorly peeps.

Morning all from grey, damp West Midlands. It's certainly dropped in temperature so I'm sitting here in a cardigan.

I'm killing time before I have to go do my chores, although Ebay is calling my name

I am good as you have probably guessed! :). How is your hands today? Have you thought about wearing those fingerless mitts throughout the day. Poor Ron still having the seizures, was he told at any time to increase the tablets? Or was it just a set dose that he could take?
I am assuming that you will be going with him on the 30th? William x

Ron is on 2 gabapentin 3x a day and as of Thursday he can increase the clonazepam from 1 to 2 at bedtime . Yes I do go to all his appointments even his diabetes ones . When I was working I use to take time off to go with him. If I don't agree with something I'm not affraid to say so . Hence I love a good argument. I was thinking of getting gloves you can put hand warming pads in .
 
@tina_marie - Good for you.:) Ron comes over as being very quiet and laid back. But, there has to be one in every relationship who speaks up for the other - I am for our relationship and like you attend each other's appointments etc. I would certainly try the heat pads in the gloves and let me know the outcome. (I dread Winter because I just ache all over and it makes me utterly miserable) :)

Those other pads I was telling you about I found them in Asda today same price.

I know you can get this online but I can not find it right now.. Have you thought of wintergreen for Ron's hands?

Edit: I love the smell.... unfortunately hubby is not so keen :(
 
Morning all had a quiet one last night may be down to wearing my self out replacing a fence post yesterday only took me about 8hrs ??? .
The joy of osteoarthritis everything takes much longer to do .
Counting down the days to Friday and seeing my neurologist .

Morning all, we have some lovely autumn sunshine today. Going to be busy again today, I have to go to a Lloyd's bank recruitment event this morning then I have my flu jab this afternoon. A is having his at the same time so we're going to make a day of it and go straight into town afterwards

Morning all , as Ron has said quiet night last night. Nice day out so hes pottering about getting a few jobs done as he gets bored . Karen will be thinking about you today . X
