Good Morning

@13lizanne - Check out the new A to Z Anna. It's: Country, City, Town, Village anywhere in the World. Mo53 & Rodman already on it. :) William.

Thank you William - hey that would be a great name for a film star William Legend (Im allowed to tease you now that we're pals) hugs x

Anna, Hope you enjoyed your walk with Hubby. You can do that everyday together after the 29th = " Love Is....."!! We are going out at 1pm to browse round shops, then to hospital. Oooo like the hugs and X - people will talk you know!!! But, let them eh? Will chat later - William xx.

Enjoy the shops, will be remembering you at 3pm @liam1955
My mum used to say " If they are talking about you then they won't be talking about someone else" as if that was supposed to help :)

Good afternoon all... A miserable day here in Eastbourne - Cold, overcast, dull and cold... I had the morning off to go to EDGH Audiology Dept this morning, the good news is I can still hear - WHAT !?!?!?!

Hi Paula as we say in Bonnie Scotland "very funny honey!" How are you doing with your Meter? It's challenging to try to tame these bs levels but fun too in a weird sort of way?

@13lizanne Well its been interesting so far - my finger tips are not happy - no doubt we build calluses :) this morning when I got up I was 8.3 - then about 90 minutes after breakfast (Toasted Bacon Sarnie) I was 9.7 !! Before Lunch I was 5.8 then about 2 hours later I am 6.5 ... I guess from these very early results its safe to say Bread is my enemy - although I'll be interested to see what my Irish Brown Bread does to my readings.

Good morning everyone. We're off to the seaside today and it's raining! Hope the weather's nicer where you are and everyone has a lovely day

Good Morning Anna, Mo, Rodman and Everybody on this Beautiful, Sunny and Cold day from York.
Hope you all have a great day.:)

Hi to you all, minding my 3yr old grandaughter for a couple of hours [I have 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild] dread birthdays and Christmas ] Will never be rich !!!! . Then off to Mother and Fathers for the day [ They are fitter than me ] they are Ninety. Well back to this Lancashire weather don't want to speak too soon but no rain, cold and cloudy.:woot:

@amgrundy - When I read your posting = WOW!!! You are a winner in my eyes!!! Your Mum & Dad still going in their 90's - Bless Them. All them grandchildren are bound to keep you 'fit' and keep your blood sugars low with all the exercise you must get. Have a good day. :)

Hi liam 1955 Yes they were 75yrs and 80 yrs when they retired they had a Newsagents in Blackpool for 27yrs. as for the grandchildren I am down to minding 4 on a daily basis , 1 at nursery the other 3 at school, not to bad now, do get some spare time, as I have been doing family history for 10 yrs gone back to the 1300s. Have 2 websites full of information and people who I have met , love it.

Good morning everyone. Cold and hard packed frosty snow here. Dangerously slippy underfoot, hubby had a long slide with arms windmilling when he went out to feed the birds earlier. Tried hard not to laugh - failed! :)
