Good Morning

10/3 - Good Morning from a dismal looking York. Hugs to the poorly people:)
And hope you all enjoy the day.:)
Getting my Bloods done later today to check on Liver Function, Cholesterol, HBA1C and Ferritin Levels.
 
Morning, peeps!
Today was the first morning this year that I was aware of the birds singing to greet the sunrise - I haven't heard them doing that since last summer. Hopefully that means that spring is almost here!
I won't be sorry to see the back of this winter...

Good morning everyone from rainy, misty Central Scotland. It's only 7.30am so we may get drier weather as the day progresses. Just off for our morning walk then the family will descend for lunch. I hope that everyone has a lovely day with minimal pain and that the day is filled with good things for you.
(Increasing the exercise @ickihun)
 
Morning all, we're back! Despite some travel hiccups we had a lovely relaxing break. A now wants to go back in the summer!

Good morning to all! Unnerving start to the day - I 'm not sure I dialled the insulin dosage today. I think not, but daren't risk a hypo ..... Have a lovely day!

What a naff winter it was!
I've promised myself next winter i'll be stricter with my insulin. Allowed too many highs uncovered by insulin thinking i'd add weight. Ironically im losing now by covering all my 3 meals. Hoping ive turned a corner and painkillers a big help.
Today's walk was full of stops and breathlessness but god loves a trier! Hoping cardiologist takes me off bisoprolol onto a beta blocker without breathlessness as the side affect.
I dont ask alot, just to walk my way to a lighter me.
My 2 walking clubs are a far far distant memory. However, im not forgetting them yet!

Morning all hope you've all had a great weekend. Hugs to the poorly people. Off to drs with Ron this morning he's been in agony all weekend. He's still not sleeping even with the new meds.

I'm sorry to hear that things are still not going well for Ron. Poor guy - he really doesn't deserve all this, and neither do you! I hope the doctor can come up with something more helpful.

Good morning everyone from sunny Scotland. Just off for our morning walk. Trust everyone has a good day with minimal pain. Prayers for Tina and Ron's visits to the GP and for that arthritic ankle Debra. Hope William managed a good night's sleep and has less pain today, and for all the others of us who ache permanently - chin up, keep going !!! :) that means us @ickihun :D
 
Just got back from the gps with another lot of meds. When will it all end? Ron dropped a bomb shell on me , he's told the Dr that the breathing isn't getting any better and that he's been having chest pains . She given him an inhaler to try plus she put him on nitrolingual pump spray as she thinks he may have angina. She also wants him to see a cardiologist. Hey Vicky you and Ron could swap notes on this one. She has upped the amitrptyline at night .

I'm like the Ariston advert..... 'I go on and on'. Ha ha I'm feeling positive after my bareable walk to my local shop yesterday. I just took my time. If cardiologist fixes my breathlessness problem i'll kiss him! Ooh la la ha ha

Arrr bless him. I guess we'll be busy PMing later. He knows where I am, you too. Cardiologist will help out, for sure.

To you too @13lizanne . Very tired this morning. I dreamed of my nana who passed away last year. I got a lovely cuddle!
I treated my hypo and returned to bed once tramadol kicked in. Alarm went off and off and off and off again. Good job little one in nursery today. I need to go back to bed. :wideyed: lol

Morning all, after last nights little emergency . Ron slept very well he said its the best sleep he's had in ages . Glad he got some sleep cause I didn't .
