Good Morning

Gorgeous, sunny day up here, so much so that we extended our walk . The woods are beautiful with primroses and bluebells everywhere. I hope that everyone has a great day today and that @Liam1955 got on ok at his hospital appointment yesterday
 
Morning everyone, even though the weather isn't very cooperative (warm and rainy - yuk!) I'm still going out and about. Packed lunch supplies are needed for next week :)
 
12/5 - Good Morning from a dull and looks like it might? rain today in York. Had problems getting on the Forum - it took me about 10 minutes just to get on this Thread! (Can't be doing with the hassle)

You're welcome to some of our rain - it's been bucketing down here for the past 3 days! The temperature has dropped by about 10 degrees and the skies are filled with angry, black clouds. The garden is flourishing, though.
 
Morning everyone, it's my brother John's birthday on Tuesday so we're going out for Sunday lunch :) Hope everyone has a nice relaxing day. I'm also thinking of grandad Grant who would have been 121 today!
 
Morning all, I'm off to my training course now. I got off to a good start today, got a 6.5 after our lovely meal yesterday :)
 
Morning everyone, got another busy day today. First I have to go to my course, then pick up my prescription and I'm volunteering at the theatre tonight! Phew!
 
Morning all, the weather has decided to blow a big raspberry in my face! As well as being the last day of my course the farmers market is in town today, by the time we finish all the good stuff will be gone We don't even get a proper lunch break, we only get 15 minutes which is barely enough to pop to the ladies and scoff my Lidl roll!

Oh no. 15mins!!! Do companies or training courses not do an hour lunch anymore?
It should be made law. I'd petition for that right. Good for mental health and for office workers. ;)
Maybe something to insist on due to diabetes when starting a new job. I will be. You have my support hun.

Hope everyone is well? @Liam1955 I missed tramadol by accident yesterday and I became very very low. They definitely affect my mood. I'm happy to be happy but I hope I haven't sold my mental health down the river to suppress back pain?
If it gets my weight off and bad back fix it has to be worth the nuisance of low mood when I need to reduce and stop tramadol, right?

Thanks Vicky, I appreciate your support. I think it's because the course was only from 10-2 each day. When I signed up for the course they said there weren't any scheduled breaks but I don't know if they changed their minds after I told them I was diabetic.
