Good Morning

Marvellous Tina-Marie, great news about Ron's blood sugar. Tell the doctor that it is very important he gets testing strips because it helps him manage his condition. I hear that I am entitled to them on the NHS because I use glicazide. I keep forgetting to ask because I have a Codefree meter and order up my own strips on Amazon.

Good luck to you both this morning and well done again.

P
Ron has a code free as well but only use it as backup. I will ask about strips .

Good morning everyone, just back from an exhilarating if very short walk in our local country park. Paths were covered in fallen golden and red leaves and lots of conkers which the high winds had blown from the trees. I'm definitely on the mend and got great pleasure from our stroll even though I'm shattered now. Hope everyone has a good day today

What on earth is happening with Ron @tina_marie ?

Hi welcome back. Well where shall I start , he's having trouble swallowing even soft foods . Fbgs running on high . He gets confused and has short term memory . He's got unstable angina and this afternoon he's having an ECG fitted for 24 hours . Tomorrow he's seeing a specialist about his memory . It's never ending .

That's fantastic news, Anna - you are a real trooper! I'm so glad you enjoyed your walk - it sounds wonderful.
It's a beautiful morning here this morning - I love this sort of day after a couple of days of strong winds. The whole world looks shiny and new, as if it has been swept clean - including the sunny, blue sky! And the trees are starting to look glorious. :)
