Good Morning

Hello everyone , missed the morning slot , I am late today ..
Just eaten a lovely cottage pie with sweet potato mash , the weather called for it ..
Watching weather on the news ..
Windy here ..
So happy today a visiting cat I call teddy turned up ,,not seen for months ..ginger one ..
Went straight to a little cat house I have in the garden for visitors ..
Then left .. After a cuddle .. He is just short stay X

I don't know if your still on, but I need help in navigating this site. I am new and a LADA. Love your picture of Audrey. It says I have messages, but cannot retrieve them. Can you help please?

Now, how to retrieve your messages:-, tap your avatar at top right of page that will take you to your profile page, tap Alert preferences, then tap alerts. That's how I found mine today, everything changed on the forum today so we're all learning together. Once you read the info daisy posts ask any question and someone will answer. Hope you find your messages

Good morning. First thing in the morning when we take our blood sugar what is the normal range? Is it 4 to 8?
 
Good morning rodman, it's a miraculously sunny, dry morning up here in Central Scotland. Hubby's day off work today so off for a supermarket shop then some chores. Hopefully we'll get a decent walk before lunch. Have a lovely day everyone.
