Good Morning

Good morning, it's overcast but warm and dry here in Central Scotland at moment. Have a good day everyone

Good morning, another dull and overcast day, but it looks like it's going to be sunshine and showers all week, oh well :(
Hope you all have a great start to the week :)

Good morning all:) Mild but cloudy....great running weather and my son's dog has gone so no more running under my blooming feet:)

Just watched a good cholesterol item in BBC Breakfast with Dr Malcolm Kendrick (great author) published by BMJ. I've summarised it under T2 Discussions:)

It looks like something out of the Hound of the Baskerville. Sinister fog. Not on theTyne but on the Wear. Just before someone wanted to sing "the fog on the tyne, is all mine, all mine. Fog on the tyne is all mine". Nope. I'm on the wear, here. @Jordi77 has the fog on the tyne. The tyne has my oppo ice cream too. Hopefully not for long! @KevinPotts . Ha ha
Have a great day, whatever your plans.
I'm in search for mint oppo ice cream. Wish me luck???

Make sure you don't get lost in the fog as it is the same on the Tyne just we know where we are as always

Morning all, it's going to be sunshine and showers all day here. It's nice and bright at the moment but we don't know how long that will last. Have a good day everyone

I missed morning but good morning anyway. It has been foggy here all day! I can even see it rolling across the back garden. I think the fog horn has been sounding all day!

Good morning to all. Yay! We have the sun back this morning, I'm later going for my walk this morning , saw the sun decided to change the bed linen. Love the smell of freshly washed sheets that have been dried outside.

Morning everyone, it's grey misty and drizzly here. Lovely stuff! I'm visiting my mum later so it's a great day for a walk :)

I was remembering my father yesterday and thinking how extraordinary he was. He was elegant and well spoken, a Kentucky Colonel. It would have been hard for anyone to imagine that he had been born on a rock farm in a log cabin without running water while his dad was away in France with his own rifle fighting the first world war.

My elderly dad will be 93 in September and was a paratrooper in WW11, he fought in Burma and was in Singapore too. Injured with shrapnel, which is still in his upper left arm and he came face to face with an enemy soldier and he did something he thought he would never do, ( his words) he survived and my brother has the enemy soldiers sword.
My dad was born in Scotland, Gallowgate, a very poor district and the name, well it speaks for it's self, people were hung from the gallows, back in the olden days.
It is amazing how people did survive decades ago, especially the very poor.
Thank you for sharing some information about your father, memories can be wonderful :)

14/6/16 - Good Morning from a dull and cloudy York. Hope you all have a good day and everybody is in good health:). Had slices of Red Leicester Cheese and Greek Yoghurt before bed and at 1.30am my blood sugar was 5.6. Got up at 5am to go for a wee and felt peckish - so ate a bag of Cheese & Onion crisps = my blood sugar was 9.5 just 30 minutes ago. :banghead:

Morning all....YESSSS... Managed to get all my lawns done, deadhead and tidy up before the heavens opened:)

I'm for 4 days from Friday....so needed to get it sorted ....now it is:)

It's chucking it down now!!

Good morning everybody. For a short period this morning it was sunny after the fog of the last few days. Now it's definetly cloudy! I hope everyone is well and having a happy day. :)

Sunny morning but I've found the idiots whilst out. I left them to stew. Bgs are brilliant, lately. I wish it was permanent.
Onwards and upwards.
Ps. @KevinPotts . Is it my imagination or do I smell of that ice cream now?
