Good Morning

Morning, sunny and calm here in W. Scotland. I have an appointment at Gartnavel General Hospital this morning. Finally getting my CPAP machine for my sleep apnoea. I go back there tomorrow for adjustments. I hope they don't want me to wear all that monitoring stuff (pulse ox SpO2, BP, ECG, breathing straps and other thingies) overnight in my bed. Hate that. :)

You don't seem to have any good days. I would take time off work. You need it. :)
 
Sunny, but a bitingly cold wind this morning in Central Scotland. Just off for the morning constitutional ,- good health today everyone
 
Good morning, looks like another sunny day, the weather here in the south has been fantastic, especially as it's summer school hols. Take care out there :)

Morning all, looks like it's going to be cloudy today. I'm off for my regular appointment with the nurse soon, hugs for everyone who needs one
 
Bathed, shaved and clothes ironed. Good enough for a hot date never mind the hospital lol. :)

I'm surprised they didn't do that sooner. I'm thankful they have your health put first. GP sicknote to cover yourself hun. If they haven't suggested yet.
Get some long earned rest til meds kick in. Enjoy the bright mornings? Thankful happening in the summer so not stuck at home due to cold weather. ;)

Yorvic was my fav until it flooded. I'm looking forward to seeing it once open again. My toddler name sake has an upmarket burger restaurant there too.
Free day out in railway museum good too. Oh, no not more sandwich making. argh!!!! I ♡♥♡ York too! Everything there. :)

They didn't want to take the chance of me having a seizure whilst on a forklift and it turned out it could have happened Vicky as had a awakened seizure around lunchtime today

Be kind to yourself. Your body has done you proud to get this far without medical assistance. It won't be forever. Give your body what it needs -rest. You don't want more problems mate. Take things easy. Please.
Mind u I'm sure @tina_marie will keep you in check. Ha ha
