Good morning from a sunny, hot Central Scotland. We're off down the Clyde coast to Largs and Saltcoasts today to celebrate actual sun in Scotland. :) Have a lovely day everyone.

Believe it or not Arlene but I've never been to Largs! We used to holiday on the east coast when I was child- at Arbroath or St. Andrews and when my children were small we holidayed in the Highlands, on the north west coast at a beautiful place called Achmelvich. Never been "doon the watter" just passed through on our way to somewhere else. Right! I'm off now, have a good day all x

31/5/16 - Good Morning from a dull, windy looks like rain - York. @13lizanne - Have a fantastic day out Anna and Hubby. Hope Everybody is well and you all have a good day. Hello @amgrundy - Arlene hope you have a great day also in Lancashire.:)

Morning all... off to the cardiologist for what I hope is the final sign off today. Certainly any chest pain has disappeared since starting my LCHF diet and over the last couple of weeks I have been running a mile first thing with not a hint of pain. Here's hoping he says "what on earth are you doing here...get out and stop eating my time":)

Good luck, Kevin. Let us know how you get on. I'm sure it will be a winner of a result! Hugs x

Morning peeps. Wet, grey and cold in S Glos this morning so I'm having a lurk under the duvet with the iPad for a while and may then tootle off to MacDonalds and treat myself to an egg & sausage McMuffin (no bun) in a while, if I fancy it!
The Tiny Terrorists have gone home, and does it make me a bad granny if I say I'm quite glad? I love them to absolute bits, but being in loco parentis to a 2 and a 3-year-old for three days when you're a crumbly 63-year-old on a walking stick represents a significant challenge!
I think I cope far better when I just have one or the other of them for a day at a time. Once I'm outnumbered, I am sunk!
:)

Good morning, it's another glorious day here in central Scotland, going to be hot again. Have a lovely day everyone

1/6/16 - Good Morning from another bleak, grey and forecast Rain from York. It seems that the Best Climate is up North in Scotland. @13lizanne - How are you fixed for visitors Anna for a couple of days? Hope you all have a pleasant day and everybody is well. :)

Good morning from Central Scotland, another beautiful hot, sunny day. Off up the Fife Coast today to Leven. I love these little old-fashioned seaside towns. Hubby's made the picnic - we're really enjoying these first weeks of his retirement. Have a lovely day whatever you are doing
