Good Morning

Morning all had a bad night had a few seizures have increased my meds as advised by neurologist didn't know it was humanly possible to twist your neck like that just call me the owl man .

Yes he has. Not a good night, at one point it sounded like he was choking. Ended up sleeping with lamp on. Well he slept .....
 
Tina, can you get your head down for a bit now? And be good to yourself today, I know how badly it takes it out of you to watch someone you love suffer - you need to be careful with your own health

I'm in bed but wide awake. Cant sleep during the day.
 
Morning all from warm sunny Cambridge morning:) garden watered, exercise completed, gym next then washing windows and frames:)
 
Good morning everyone from Central Scotland. We have another dry, sunny day today, yesterday started off mild and became really hot in the afternoon, looks like today may be similar. Hope you all have a good day , that Ron will be OK and that Tina gets some rest

Morning all, I think I've been dashing around too much - the cold is back with a vengeance. Didn't have a restful night so I'm going to take it easy today
 
Good morning from a humid Central Scotland yesterday was a scorcher and today looks set to be similar, got our walk in early before it's too hot. Hope everyone has a good day today

Another hot day predicted for Central Scotland. Still cloudy at moment so morning walk should be bearable. Was up for two hours in the middle of the night it was so humid, we're not used to this kind of heat here :) Have a lovely day everyone
 
Morning folks, even though it's overcast at the moment it's supposed to be a scorcher today. DS has got a group session at the DSS so we're leaving in a minute. Wish us luck!
 
18/8/16 - Good Morning from a dull York. Hope everyone is in good health, and enjoy the day. (It was forecast to be Hot and Sunny) :)
