Good news keeps coming

Cholesterol has gone from 4.5 to 3.5
Tryglicerides have gone from 7.5 to 1.2
Also fat around liver was high end of normal is now perfectly normal
Combine with a hbac1 of 32 and it’s been a pretty good two days!

Is that naturally or with statins? Looks pretty low although great to see trig reduction.

No medication just weight loss and diet change, was pretty confident with my hbac1 but was worried about cholesterol and tri’s as been eating a lot more red meat, eggs and cheese
 
That trig reduction and fatty liver reduction is brilliant! Well done!!!
And as for the HbA1c - clearly it is working for you. :D:D:D
 
Great news on the HbA1c and liver fat. Personally I'm a massive cholesterol skeptic, but as long as you're happy then it's all good. Congrats!
