Hi all just wanted to share my news! Only 2 months after diagnosis with hpa1c of 16 my bloods have come back normal, no action!
I'm so pleased, I have worked really hard, lost a stone and feel fantastic! On metformin 2gram a day and had no nasty side effects at all.
All you newly diagnosed, I cried for about a week after diagnosis but you just have to pick yourselves up, follow advice and take control!

Lovely to hear your results and glad you're so much better. As you say you have to take Control, oterwise it will controlyou and then .............................
