looks like its going to be an awkward year,just found I seem to have bowel cancer as well,could be interesting trying to balance diets.
 
Welcome to the forum and I am sorry to hear that you have that diagnoses. Either one of those is difficult to deal with but both together is very rough. There are others on the forum that have fought that fight and we are here to answer questions or offer support if you need it. Please stick around and let us know how you are doing, there is always a friendly ear here.
 
wish you all the best of recovering... at least low carb is not what cancer cells like best.... hope you´ll find some real low carb foods that you bowel can accept... send you a virtual hug ....
