Got both and confused here

you should believe both. the Libre sensor has a delay of 5 to 15 minutes, it doesn't give the measurement in the exact time of reading, whereas the glucometer gives the measurement at the exact time of reading, hence the difference in the value. If you wait for a few minutes and read the sensor again, you should get the value of the glucometer, or a slight variation of +- 1 mmol/l.
Sometimes, the sensor values are way off (compared to the glucometer values) during the first 24 hours upon activation, but this is a known "side effect"

I'd always trust a glucometer over a CGM.

The delay is a bit confusing to wrap your head around. The reading it gives now is a projection based on the delayed readings it's been getting. You'll see the most recent 10-15 minutes of the line will slowly correct itself over the next 10-15 minutes as it gets those delayed readings in its system.

If you do a finger prick at, say, 10am and then scan your CGM at 10.15am, but look at the point on the graph for 10am, that point should more or less match your finger prick.
