Well saw the doc today BGL HB1C thingy is 39 reduced my Met to 2 x 500 twice a day.
On the right track but room for improvement.
Now 2 stone lighter and at BMI 26

That is an excellent HbA1c and well done on the weight loss. If I had an HbA1c of 39 I would be delighted and contented.

Great congratulations.
I cant get mine under 46 but it used to be 58 so Im happy with that.Im a bit skinny and dont want to lose more weight.
