Got terrible hunger last few days

Hello. I have got a real bad hunger for the last few days and a headache all the time I feel like I must eat something that sticks to your ribs if you know what I mean. I have just put a message on prediabetic forum about being hypo not that I understand it at all. Is having a terrible hunger and headache a symptom of a hypo? and I felt like I was going to pass out yesterday. should I be eating little and offten do you think? my eyes are playing me up too. going for blood test next week a fasting one. Im prediabetic by the way.

Im very light headed at the moment and didn't sleep at all last night not feeling good at all.

Your symptoms are a little all over the place. lets hope the fasting blood test shows a result that will make things clear.
Have you made a appointment with the optician to have your eyes tested ( also tell the optician that your also having diabetes checks at you doctors,this makes the optician carry out a full examination of your eyes).
I wish that all goes well with all what your going through.
I would also make sure that you drink enough water, "not tea or coffee that contains caffeine until the checks are completed".
