Got the go ahead for ND diet

I'm possibly undecided on Metformin.
I still take 500mg, but I don't find it actually makes a great difference.
I'm also not entirely sure if I would be better off without it, as there don't seem to be many (any?) reported bad side effects.
I was happy to drop the Januvia though.
 
It's for the long haul guys I need to try this if it works if it don't it don't over in Amsterdam for the week the plan is out the question but the BS levels are below normal sat in McDonalds not a normal place I would be in but needs must
 
This week has gone out the window in Amsterdam on a week long business trip the diet is out the window Im boozing every night but still checking my BS and for some reason have still remained within normal range don't quite understand that one but am happy :)
